1045 Elmwood Gallery for the Arts

Next Thursday 11/21/19 will be my last day at the 1045 Elmwood location. Anyone who has left work behind...paintings, prints, sculptures or whatever...this is YOUR LAST DAY to claim your work after several notices. The follow day is trash day and the new owners will be here...so your work will be in the trash that morning. Notifications have been given for well over a month...and this IS the last one. I am available almost every day at some point between now and then...so IT'S UP TO YOU TO PICK UP YOUR WORKS!

1045 Elmwood Gallery for the Arts is now closed for business. All remaining artworks MUST BE PICKED UP by November 9, 2019 or MAY BE DISCARDED!!!!!

I have 3 jewelry counter displays which will be available the first week on November. (I am closing the Gallery at the EOM and on the real estate on 11/22/19) Two are 4 feet wide and 1 is 5 feet wide. They are all 20" deep and about 36" high. They are FREE to whoever would like to pick them up (they're a little heavy and clumsy due to their size...but the price is right). First come first served!... I also have 6-8 pedestals available that I'd like maybe $20 each for or we can package up a deal for them all??????? Contact Don at 716-228-1855 Thanks!

1045 Elmwood Gallery for the Arts is currently hosting its LAST event (art show) at the gallery through October 30, 2019. The gallery will be closing after that date as the property has been sold...with an actual "closing date" of Friday, November 22. This is an additional reminder to all artists who have work at the gallery to "pick up your work" by the end on the first week of November. Contact Don at 716-228-1855 to make arrangements!

It is with sadness that I post of the passing of a truly iconic Buffalo hipster, Mark Corsi. He lost his brave battle with cancer on Wednesday. Known and loved ...by so many in Western New York for his kindness, generosity, creativity, and coolness - Mark was also the owner of Poster Art. He was a sponsor of "Off Beat Cinema" from the very start in October 1993, and has been with us every Saturday night, for 25 years.
