As of June 22, 2020, patients are welcome to bring one support person to their scheduled office visits. In an effort to provide a safe environment for our patients, please take note of the following restrictions: 1. There is no age limit for your support person. However if your support person is over the age of 2, s/he is required to wear a mask for the duration of your visit. 2. Support person must NOT be COVID-19 positive, have symptoms of COVID-19 or recently interacted... with anyone who was tested positive for COVID-19. 3. Support person must be masked at all times 4. Support person must wait outside the office and may come in when patient is being brought into the exam room 5. Support person may not be loitering around the hallway or waiting area, and must stay in patient’s exam room at all times 6. At the time that the patient is being called into the exam room, support person must be presented. Any tardiness of support person will be denied entry to office. 7. Support person must leave the office right after examination is completed; patient may check out on her own while support person steps outside. 8. Restrooms are reserved for patients only. *** Any patients or support person who violated any of the guidelines mentioned above will be denied support person privileges at the practice ***

Due to the curfew, patients are encouraged to use the Northwell Transport Hotline to request to be transported directly to Lenox Hill Hospital instead of 911, which will transport the patient to the nearest hospital. Transport hotline is (516)719-5000
