From there, she attended Nassau Community College where she continued her education and basketball career. She then transferred to York College of Pennsylvania where she completed her college career. After college, she began coaching at Nassau Community College for 2 years as the Assistant ...Head Coach for the Women’s Basketball Team where she helped build the foundation of a strong program. Ashley is now the Head Girls’ Varsity Basketball Coach at Amityville Memorial High School. Additionally, Ashley is currently a clinician for the Long Island Nets and New York Liberty for player development. Lisa first came to 1 More Rep Athletics and Fitness in October 2019 to speak with Coach Kelly about her specific health and fitness goals: Decreasing body weight, decreasing body fat, while increasing lean muscle mass to help sculpt the body in the way that she was desiring. While Lisa was independently training, what she was really seeking from Coach Kelly was a structured day to day meal plan c...ustomized to her preferences and her specific health and fitness goals. Lisa began her journey following her structured nutrition program, which includes weekly check-in‘s with Coach Kelly, where they have been able to assess each week, discuss victories and also any obstacles that have come into play, which requires adjustments of the meal plan moving forward. In less than five months Lisa is down over 22% body fat and also down in her bodyweight. Lisa looks like a completely different woman! We are so proud of her hard work. HAPPY WEDDING DAY to Melissa and Jon!! @melloopez_4 Melissa has been training with us here at @1mr_one_more_rep_ since August of this year. With her goals of SWEATING AND SHREDDING FOR HER WEDDING we did exactly that: Enrolling her into our SWEATING & SHREDDING FOR THE WEDDING PROGRAM ... Melissa committed to 3x/week Group Classes along with 1-2 hrs of private training with Coach Kelly @kellyo.fitness each week. Sculpting and fine-tuning Melissa's (already) beautiful body into exactly the way she wanted it for her Wedding Gown. After each of her dress fittings, she would reassess with Coach Kell and they'd game -plan, "Arms are perfectly toned, back in great but we don't want to add any more size or do anything more to the waist, BUILD THE BOOTY!"
