Since 2003 they have been changing the public’s perception of people with disabilities! Most recently Flame received The National Historic Recognition Project Award: a dozen national and regional organizations recognized Flame’s contributions to the transformation of the field of intellectual and developmental disability within the U.S. over the past 20 years.

Last week, we celebrated our amazing DSPs during Direct Support Professional Recognition Week. This video celebrates our DSPs, but also all of the staff members in our agency, who have worked through the pandemic and the changes it has brought, and continue to work every day to provide the best supports to people with developmental disabilities. This video celebrates all of them.
