2.20.20 - Today felt like a transition day. As clearly as if it were a shift changeover. I was very aware on the moment I was in. Something was ending, something else beginning. - I got many things checked off my list this morning, and I had the afternoon free. My eyes needed a break from screens, my body needed nature. Aware that I was moving into a new piece of my timeline, my natural inclination was to go out and spend some time in nature, have a lil ceremony, ask mama ...earth for her support. - Off I went into the woods with some supplies, and found the perfect spot (full of ) to sink in and set our container. I set up a circle, with stones representing our angels, guides, and ancestors surrounding us. I called in all appropriate parties. I dug holes for each member of The Healing Group and the 3 new clients I felt coming in. I sprinkled cedar, tobacco, love, desire, smoke, and intention into each hole. I spoke your names. I invoked your healing. I sang and I prayed and I smiled. Then I took a few photos. - We are here. We are healing. - This kind of ceremony feels like my 8 year old self playing in the woods. It’s fun, playful, creative, and it invokes the energy of the divine. It aligns us with our support system.
