Sneak peek of the lobby marble floor being installed. The scale of the lobby of this 35 unit boutique tower is impressive, and the quality of the work astounding. This is how buildings used to be made; with quality, superior workmanship, and love.

Since last night (December 3rd, 2017) the holiday trees on Park Avenue are brightening up the evenings on the UES. Trees on Park Avenue have been illuminated every year since 1945 as a memorial to Americans who have sacrificed their lives in war and in celebration of New York’s holiday season. Cherry trees planted on the median, as well as evergreen trees placed for the occasion, are strung with lights. This illumination is organized and paid for by the Fund for Park Avenue, with the help of donations from friends and neighbors along the Avenue and on the Upper East Side.

"Robert A.M. Stern’s 520 Park Avenue, Upper East Side’s tallest building, hits pinnacle height. 520 Park Avenue, well on its way to being the tallest skyscraper on the Upper East Side, is putting its final crowning members in place, CityRealty reports. The developer of the 54-story tower just off Park Avenue at East 60th Street is the multi-generational Zeckendorf real estate dynasty who brought us 50 U.N. Plaza, 15 Central Park West and the neighborhood-transforming Worldwid...e Plaza and Union Square’s Zeckendorf Towers." "Homes in the new tower will follow the same time-tested formula of soaring ceilings, Central Park views and gracious full-floor layouts behind a revivalist façade of limestone, punctuated by oversized bay windows and balconies. A crown with four spires, positioned asymmetrically atop the building’s slender shaft makes it a distinguishable landmark on the Central Park skyline."" 6SQFT
