Shoji will be reopening this Friday, 10/2! We have missed all of our friends & guests and look forward to having you dine with us soon! Seatings will be at 6PM & 8:30PM, and reservations are available on our website or by phone, email or DM. Chef Derek’s revolving seasonal menu will focus more on otsumami (small dishes) & SUSHI, with rare, hard-to-source ingredients like kuro awabi (black abalone), sujiko (Hokkaido salmon roe) and unique shiromi (white fish) like kamasu (barr...acuda) & kue (longtooth grouper). The restaurant will also be available for buyouts for groups of 6-10 as well for private catering. As we reopen, your health & safety is of utmost concern to us, and we will continue to adhere to strict guidelines to maintain that in our restaurant.
