I am so sorry! Due to the overwhelming of phone calls that came to US; I did not able to answer to all of phone calls. I just got home now at 9:39 PM. One client question me? Q: What should I do when I arrive? A: As long as you wear a mask; you can just simply come in. Then we will greed you. We then verify/identify who you are. We will let you know what to do next. There are nothing to worry if you practice the guidelines. ... Must Wear a mask! Don’t come in without one. You don’t know if you have Covid-19 or not. If you forgot your mask; call us when you outside the door. We will provide it to you. Best practice, Bring your own masks; because we try to have an efficient amount of masks for our Employees. *nCovid-19 virus don’t transmit thru blood, cuts, handshakes even hugging; but only when inhale or ingest the virus. As a result, mouth, and noise are the entries. Therefore, wearing a mask is the most effective way to protect yourself and everyone else* If we all wear a mask and having a good hygiene; there would be almost 0 chance of getting the virus and infecting others* Tim

For all nail salons in town, NY State has released the guidelines early too; please practice to keep everyone safe. *Nails R Us are reviewing the guidelines and have to make some more additional changes to the already Safe Environment of Nails R Us. ... However, Nails R Us have some jobs for you as a clients! do it! Important!!!!!!! 1). Waiting area that reserved for appts and availibility spots have been spaced out! (Only used when we running behind; very inportant to wear a mask) There are few options for you: A. Call for appointment in advance. if you want to secure a desirable time; call 1-2 days ahead Or B. Check on the availability by calling if you need the same day service. (We will tell you a time to come in if we have same day available spot. Trust me, we do have it ) Or C. Walk-ins and take chances. It works if there might be a last minutes cancelation or simply we just have the open spot. If not available, then we can tell you a time to come back or even schedule a different day appts. * Everything is normal; but you just cannot wait inside* 2). Don’t bring friends who is not getting nails done; Nails R Us will start fresh on Monday instead of maybe Friday or Saturday whatever the Phase 3 of Broome County is.
