#9ROUNDEASTAMHERST . . -30 Minute Circuit -Workout changes daily -No set class times besides 5:45AM&6:30AM... -Sanitizing & cleaning protocols are top notch. From fogging the facility every 30 minutes with our non toxic solution to spraying down all equipment every 3 minutes between uses. -Experienced, knowledgable, certified trainer with you always. From greeting you by your name (even with a mask), show you every exercise, modify any rounds needed & push you. -All fitness levels welcomed from 10 years old & up! -Female owned business for going on 4 years. . . Any of these sound like you? Because if so you’ll be a great fit in #9roundeastamherst & we’d love to have you. 1. Jimmy- lefty, busy schedule & travels in state constantly. Work day starts at 7:30AM so he needs to be in & out of the gym by 6:30AM. 2. K- Came to #9roundeastamherst to lose weight. Lose 20 lbs within the first six months while also a focus on strength. Dr’s orders to not do anything overhead or in the push-up/burpee/sprawl position. No worrieswe are able to change the rounds to her needs (while still getting a good workout in). 3. Jess- never used to be a morning girl, but with a side gig @buffaloblooms & her full time jobshe makes sure she fits her workout in 3 times a week or more! 4. Jamie-a teacher & mom who can be a little overwhelmed with school. With her daughters sports schedules & the constant changes right now Jamie is still member who originally came in never belonging to a gym. Little nervous, but now she gets it done every morning! 5. Janet- Came to us because her friend was a member & she saw the changes & weight loss. Even in a brace, she changes an exercise for less impact, but her fitness journey is an inspiring one. 6. Mike T- big man in the gym is here for the push. He’s here for the competition, he’s here for the trainers who know how to make a round harder, as a teacher & coach himself- he’s here to be coached to leave #9roundeastamherst every morning feeling like he gave it 110%. . .
