MAKING APPOINTMENTS FOR ABBYDEK FAMILY MEDICAL FROM YOUR HOME COMPUTER: Dear Client: In an effort to continue to improve services to our patients, I am happy to inform you that our patients can now make their own appointments, directly into our office systems, from the comfort of their own computers. You can make an appointment up to 20 days in advance for any of the five office locations. Gone are the days of having to call the office and being kept on hold for long time. J...ust follow the following easy steps, make your own appointment, and simply show up. 1. Log in to your account on the patient portal as usual: https://mycw17.eclinicalweb.com/portal1049/jsp/login.jsp 2. On the left side, under Appointments, click on "New Appointment" 3. In "Facility" tab, type "Abbydek" and all our 5 locations will drop down, click on your desired location 4. In "Provider" tab, click and choose "Emmanuel Fashakin" 5. Visit type: choose your visit type 6. Write in reason for your visit 7. Choose Preferred Time of Day. Morning or Afternoon or Evening. It is wise for you to know the office schedule (available at our website www.abbydek.com so that you will know period your preferred location is open) 8. Click on Search 9. Click on Schedule for your preferred date and time. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your appointment. P.S. Dr Emmanuel Fashakin is now fully accredited by the USCIS to perform Immigration Physicals. Cost is only $125, which includes TB test and blood test for syphilis. Vaccines extra charge.
