Guide and assist supervisory personnel on appropriate performance management processes, including disciplinary action and terminations. Coordinates and conducts exit interviews. Creation of staff development for facility and coordination and facilitation of employee orientation content and process in coordination with clinical staff. Effectively utilize the HRIS systems Maintaining proper records for all employee files, and employment related matters including documentation for performance, leaves, and benefits. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or Associate Degree in human resource management or business administration required. 3-5 years experience in HR required. Labor Relations experience preferred. Computer skills (Microsoft suite; HRIS systems, Payroll systems) Recordkeeping skills Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organization planning, employee relations and training required. Must be able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
