Today was a GREAT day!!! What do we do with your donations? We look for people who are in need. Today we made 2 drop offs. 1. ACDS ( Association for children ...with Down Syndrome a preschool for developmentally disabled children)... many Families will be able to be fed by with your donations 2. Mama’s House... many single moms and their babies will have food, diapers and school supplies. So proud of our helpers Nicolas Escobar and Daniel Brunie and Samantha Brunie without you we couldn’t have done this. Thank you

Our day was immensely brightened by the very generous donation of food from Elizabeth Escobar and For The Love of Pete's Pantry. We are so grateful to Elizabeth and the Pantry for the beautiful work they support in the community and for thinking of our students and their families who struggle with food insecurity. The Freeport & Seaford house residents had so much fun last weekend sculpting at The Exceptional Artists Foundation‘s virtual art experience. Thanks to everyone who participated, you guys made some amazing pumpkins, skeletons & other impressive clay creations. We are looking forward to seeing more of your creativity this weekend during the virtual painting session.

David & his family have been part of ACDS since David was an infant. David is a graduate of ACDS’ preschool, previously attended many of ACDS’ recreation programs & camp and is a current resident of ACDS’ Freeport apartment. We are so proud of David & his most recent accomplishment - he just celebrated his 15 year employment anniversary. David works at Home Depot in the paint department where he is a dedicated employee.
