Taught my first Kettlebell class last night at the Catskill Recreation Center in Arkville, what a great time. See you all next Monday!!!

Did a 4 miler at 6pm and it was humid! When you are out playing, training, exercising, or just working, make sure you stay hydrated and listen to your body. If you are feeling dizzy, light headed, or your breathing is laboring, slow it down or take a break. Train smarter, not harder.
