Osu In an effort to exercise caution and keep everyone safe, we have decided to cancel the beach training/picnic this year. Personally I had hoped we would at least be able to gather, follow proper protocols, and enjoy a meal and a "reunion" of sorts. Following recent events locally and nationally, we have reconsidered and feel this is the best decision at this time. Osu!

OSU! We hope you are all well and staying safe. It’s been a long couple of months for everyone and we are looking forward to the reopening of our dojo. Sports facilities/gyms are part of the Phase 4 process of reopening. So our anticipated date will probably be sometime in July. We want you to be aware of the precautions we are taking to be in compliance with the State Guidelines to ensure your safety and health when the dojo opens. Hand sanitizer will be available and all... students must use it when they enter the dojo. If you want to wear a mask please do As we move closer to reopening there are and will be some modifications to how we proceed with our classes so. There will be a 6 feet distance rule in place during class. We also ask that you arrive no sooner than 10 minutes before class starts and leave immediately after the class is over. . Jun Shihan Scott has put together a protocol for us to follow. Some of the items will i - Assigned classes with limited number of attendees - Wearing your Gi to the dojo as the change rooms will not be available - Social distancing to be maintained in the dojo - Guest chairs will be removed and placed outside for visitors to wait - No shoes in the dojo More information will become available as we get closer to our opening day. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us. Stay safe everyone and we look forward to seeing you all soon. OSU!! Osu everyone!! We hope you are all doing well with all the craziness going on. We also hope you are following the guidelines of staying home and washing your hands! It is stressful to know that we are not able to train together and be with each other. This will pass so keep your spirits up and love the time you have now with your family. ... Unfortunately we will have to keep the dojo closed for a while longer. Once the State closures are lifted our dojo will be there and open for you to continue your training. Move the furniture to create your own little dojo. Try to keep up on your training doing whatever you can. Keep practicing your katas, self defense, yakusokus and don’t forget those push ups, squats, jumping jacks!! We are all in this together. Please know we are here for you. If you need to talk or just say hello. Call us! Stay safe! Osu Shuseki Shihan & Seishihan Please share with those who do not have Facebook!

Thank goodness for snow and hayfields. First chance this year to snowshoe. Got us out of the house for some fresh air. Still social distancing.

Osu! We hope you are all safe and healthy during this time of mandatory shut down. Try to stay positive and keep practicing your katas and self defense on your own at home.... We will get through this as long as we all follow the guidelines of self quarantine. We are here if you need us SEIDO STRONG! Osu!
