Well, another one bites the dust! I’m truly heartbroken to say that aeble is now closed. It was an unbelievably difficult decision, but I feel that it’s the best one for myself and my family. I’d like to thank all of the people that have worked with me at aeble. Without their commitment, aeble would never have been possible I cannot express to you how grateful I am for the support that we have received over the past few years. It has been an honor to cook for and be part of the community in Hudson. We will be open this Saturday, the 9th, for one last blow out! Please join us for a proper goodbye. We hope to see you then.
