Many of you know that the state has been ordered to shut down beginning Sunday night. Being that HVAC is essential to our safety and health, we will still be available for emergency operations and will be taking extra precautions, above and beyond our ordinary precautions, when assisting our customers as we move forward. With COVID-19 infection rates on the rise, we want to reassure our customers that business will continue. Our parent company has started a protocol to limit the spread through the company. Obviously, not having heat or hot water can lead to some difficult situations. With that said, we also want to reassure you that extra precautions will be taken to prevent the spread of any disease, gloves will be worn, hand sanitizer will be applied before and after leaving the vehicle, etc. Stay safe, stay warm.
