The past couple weeks we have been busy preparing for sugaring season!

We are getting into the holiday spirit. Students are using local Balsam to make their own wreaths.

We made tacos for lunch today. We harvested fresh greens from the high tunnel and used our pressure canned taco meat from last week.

Had a great morning in the kitchen practicing our canning skills. We made pickles, raspberry jam, and apple jelly Harvest Kitchen at the Extension Learning Farm
