This summer we say goodbye to a few of our students. Edison came to our school 6 years ago. He has been an amazing role model throughout the years to all our students: training consistently, demonstrating respect, discipline, confidence & loyalty. Next week Edison leaves for college. We will miss seeing him in class every week, but we know he will come back & visit! The Medlands started in our school 4 years ago & have become family. They were part our After School Program,... Summer Camp & Adult Fitness Program, & even trained daily over Zoom while in California for vacation. THANK YOU for all your support & loyalty and to our school over the years. Next week they are moving back across the country We will miss you guys. Every summer Instructor Jarred comes back & helps us over the summer. Next week he leaves for Law School! Our Black Belt Candidates passed their test today! Amongst everything that is going on in the world, these four truly showed discipline, determination, and hard work. It paid off as Avery, Eric, Stephanie, and Isaiah have been promoted to 2nd degree (Avery) and 1st degrees ( Isaiah, Stephanie, Eric). Congratulations! Thank you to all the Parents, Junior Leaders, Instructors, and Masters for all your support. Without you guys none of this would have been possible

Good evening everyone, At this time, we plan to remain open and run classes on a normal schedule. The safety of our students is our #1 priority. We’ve been mopping the mat daily, wiping down door handles, the targets, mopping etc. Sunday I will come in to thoroughly clean ALL equipment & toys in our toy area. ...
