: Two months ago, this client called me on a Saturday afternoon and had a mental breakdown on the phone telling me US Consulate in Guangzhou, China was about to deny the visa for his daughter, whom he and his wife had not seen for over 12 years. Their dream of family reunification was about to be destroyed. I promised them that i would try my very best to help them on this legal matter so I prepared a 21 pages long response package to US consulate in Guangzhou, China.
