Good Afternoon! With the impending snow storm headed our way we will be working late tonight and trying to squeeze in some of tomorrow’s deliveries today. Also, if you have a questionable driveway and it isn’t plowed, we will not attempt to enter to avoid any more delays than expected from the snow. Thank you for your patience and understanding in advance. Stay safe!

As many of you know, HEAP begins tomorrow. Add in our first big snow storm and you can imagine it’s going to be a very long day. Please have driveways cleared and paths to the tanks and fill pipes to help our drivers get to everyone safely and in a timely manner. We appreciate your help and understanding. Be safe if you must be on the roads and stay warm!

We apologize for anyone trying to get through on our phone line. We are having technical difficulties but our provider has been notified and will have the problem fixed by the end of the week. Calls will come through in the meantime, but the line is all static and difficult to hear. Thank you for your understanding.

Our office will be closed today so the family can celebrate the 4th! Regular business hours will resume tomorrow. We hope everyone has a wonderful Independence Day!

We would just like to stress the importance of having a safe, sanded driveway for our trucks today. It will be extremely difficult/impossible to get into many driveways today. Please be patient and if you happen to have a delivery scheduled for today and know we cannot get in the driveway, give us a call. As always, we have kerosene available for pick up at the office if you don’t think we can get in with the the trucks. Thanks for your understanding and be safe out there!

We ask all of our customers to please have driveways plowed out and sanded if need be, and a nice clean path to the tank or fill pipe is always greatly appreciated! We will do our best to get to everyone but please understand if we can’t get in the driveways we may have to skip. Thanks in advance!

Good Evening, as of tomorrow March 17,2020, our office will be closed to the public. We are still open but believe this is the safest thing to do right now to keep our employees safe and healthy so we can continue to serve the community. All questions and concerns can be handled over the phone within our regular business hours. We will still be making deliveries as usual. For customers that absolutely need to pick up kerosene from our office, we will figure out how to handle that as the time comes. But please do not enter the office. As many of you know, we are a locally owned, family run business. During this time, we ask our customers to be mindful and take extra precautions in keeping themselves and others healthy. We will be and have been disinfecting the office throughout the day as this pandemic has begun.
