Every night at the bar, we receive requests for "bartender's choice." We take the responsibility of selecting cocktails very seriously and firmly believe there does exist a perfect drink for every guest.

If we’ve learned anything from 2020, it’s not to make plans. But we never learn. So here’s what we’ve got in the pipeline. Firstly, get ALICE to reopen. Work on our new menu and come up with 6 new seasonal dishes. Chef @riccardoorfino loves creating new flavors by mixing in fresh veggies and fish species to each plate. ... We are also working on creating new signature drinks with our professional bartenders and finishing up some interior details to give off a mysterious and whimsical ambiance. The Gimlet has one of the more interesting stories concerning its creation, although it is now enjoyed for pleasure rather than ‘necessity’! Concocted by a doctor, rather than a mixologist, the drink was made as a way to administer medicine to British Navy Officers back in the 19th century. So, next time you enjoy a Gimlet, remember that this drink was once considered a miracle medicine and was prescribed to be consumed every day!
