The Firehall parking lot is open if anybody would like to set up for trunk or treat. We know with the current covid-19 crisis some may be skeptical about taking their children door to door. This is a great way to make a fun and safe environment while also sticking with the social distancing policies

National Grid is informing residents in the area of a planned power outage Saturday October 24th from 11:59pm - 1am. Some households should expect power to be off at this time

Currently trick or treating is still a go in the town of alma. Hours will be from 6pm -8pm on Halloween

Steady day for crews yesterday. Began with an Ems assist yesterday morning, then during the afternoon. Hours we handled 2 weather related calls in the district. Finally last night a second alarm was transmitted for a multi vehicle fire in Richburg which sent crews with Allentown 7 along with other mutual aid companies. Average response time for all incidents was under 3 minutes. Thank you to the crews for giving up their time!
