Tonight I went out to the dense patches with Jon. I don't do this often...but when I do...I bring 3 5 gallon buckets. I love a cucumber and definitely a Chef's choice Orange. Oh..a peach????

Squash fries- condensed Frank recipe. Slice em vertical. Get rid of those seeds. Cut like steak fries. Salt n sit. ( You could do other prep now, but I recommend a break.)... Whisk an egg..or 2. Drizzle and toss your squash. Combine bread crumbs, seasonings of your choice ( yes...garlic) and parmesan cheese. Licking your lips? Toss again...Be Liberal. All around. Bake. Roast. You'll know.
