Things that would never cross your mind unless you spend tons of time welding aluminum. Cool little video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Db6BVMANvW0
Manufacturing aluminum products for ourselves and other customers to sell is our main priority. This is a custom end table that fits under a couch.
Aluminum tubing repair on this boat.
Alumi-Tech built the aluminum framing for this beautiful table which now sits in the lobby of the Greece Marriott.
While our main focus is on our own product line, we do welding repairs on most anything. I will start posting the cool stuff as we do it. And catch up on some of the other things we've built over the last few years. This Ferrari needed both upper front frame rails rebuilt.
Finally going to update this page, sorry for the long delay.
we are sending out another shipment of entryways for utility company substations' animal deteraint systems
Saturday mornings we try to work on the race sleds, but we have had so much walk-in aluminum welding work that we have to try and catch up. This morning brings us a rapair on an aluminum torque converter housing and 3 broken aluminum wheels.
As we grow, our next addition will be an office/ business manager. Wendy will be moving into the head of sales of Saddle Stackers and heading up the new web site (which is very close). We are growing at a good pace and the future looks pretty bright. This position will be ready more towards the end of the year. So if you know anyone who is very motivated, and wants to keep pushing Alumi-Tech foreward, contact me.
We have a new girl that started today. Robin would be her name and she is going to work with Wendy on the Saddle Stacker products. We are also launching a new web site at the AETA show in August that should be very cool. I could tell you about it , however I would have to kill you then to make sure no ones knows till it's ready..
We are doing some cool aluminum welding repair on a '63 Austi Healy. It's not too much fun as it is in very rough shape. But like my mom always says " if your gonna fire up your TIG torch, you better have something cool to weld.
Our interns from BOCES are done with thier program today, a little pizza action at lunch for all thier hard work learning aluminum welding. Congrats to Matt and Scott.
