People often ask me don’t your hands hurt? Doesn’t your body hurt doing what you do? The answer is yes. Some days but not all days. I think no matter what you do you will always have a little discomfort from being in the wrong position or moving the wrong way, standing too long etc. My advice to you- and what’s made me feel better is to STRETCH DAILY. It doesn’t matter if you work a 9-5 desk job, you’re on the road all day or you do a trade that requires you to be on your... feet. Stretching is the best medicine! Get up a few minutes early and stretch before work, stretch In the shower under the warmth of the water if you want to! Whatever works for you. Get your body moving and loosen up your muscles and joints before you ask them to perform a task! As always- follow up with at least 1/2 your body weight in ounces in water! Keeping yourself hydrated makes a huge difference in muscle elasticity! The more you know...
