Now is a great time to buy and sell! Interest rates are low and houses are selling very quickly, sometimes with multiple offers!

I primarily use this page for business posts. But, I don’t feel it to be right to stay silent here about what’s happening, and has been happening in our country, for far too long, in terms of racial inequities. I know my job is to sell real estate, but what comes with that is the opportunity and responsibility to help our communities, treat all people equitably, and help many realize their dream of owning a home. Unfortunately, real estate has a long history of racial inequit...ies itself. Thankfully, this is not as prevalent as it once was, and that is due to the hard and incredible work of the civil rights movement. I want all of my clients, customers, friends, colleagues, and even those I have yet to meet, to know that I stand for equal rights, and I will work to protect those rights in my industry and in my personal life. Wishing and working for love, comfort, kindness, safety, growth, and change, Alyssa
