In case you missed it, in observation of the 2nd Annual Amagansett Maritime Heritage Day on Oct. 17, the Amagansett Station produced a short documentary with local filmmaker and director, Tim Regan, titled Resurgence! The film gives a bird's-eye view of the migration of marine mammals off the coast of Long Island, specifically East Hampton and Southampton, capturing the beauty and grace of some of the world's most elegant and synchronized ocean predators.
