Currently, there are over 80 volunteers offering supportive and educational interventions. ... These groups will offer a safe space to discuss the collective trauma as well as workplace experiences, personal and family crises, compassion fatigue and self-care strategies. To view the list of groups, their days and times, and the leaders' names and email addresses, please go to the Academy's website at www.AAETS.org/frontline-groups. There are several time and day options. To join a group, you'll need to do the following: 1. Send an email to the leader of the group with the day and time you will be participating. The leader in turn will send you a code to join the online group prior to the day and time of the group. 2.
