As you go about your day today, please take a moment to remember our brave men and women in the military. 79 years ago today 2,403 U.S. personnel, including 68... civilians, made the ultimate sacrifice in what was then the worst attack on U.S. soil in our nation's history #pearlharbor. It is largely because of our veterans and active duty soldiers that we enjoy the freedoms we have. We are forever in your debt. #neverforget.
The Saratoga County Sheriff's Office held their annual Beards of Charity Event for the month of November 2020. over the past three years this tradition chooses ...a local charity organization and raises money to assist the need of that organization. This year Operation Adopt a Soldier was chosen by the membership to support and donate. We raised a combined $4,605.00 for the charity, included was a check provided in the amount of $1,000.00 by the Saratoga County Deputy Sheriffs PBA. Joining me in the presentation from left to right Deputy John Murphy, Sergeant Joel Richardson, Cliff Sequin Chairman of Operation Adopt a Soldier and Deputy Robert Swatling ( PBA representative) See more
