We look forward to discussing what makes Italian design timeless and iconic in today’s 2pm panel The Essence of Italy in connection with our collaboration at The Centrale with Giorgetti, the legendary Florentine winemaker Antinori, Milan’s venerated Cortesi Galley and of course Ceruzzi Properties moderated by the amazing Peter Davis! Honored to join such a distinguished panel of leaders in the world of wine, art and design! #architecture #design #art #wine #italy #ny #nyc

These concrete pavilions are nestled into the terrain of surrounding hills and the valley below to provide privacy for the residence. The simplicity of the architecture is also its poetry; solid masonry volumes with bedroom suites surround a great room set in a glass pavilion that provides views that flow seamlessly across the landscape to capture sweeping panoramic vistas across San Jose all the way to the Golden Gate Bridge. California Dreamin... Overlooking Beverly Hills, this single-story residence offers unique views of the hillside, valley and expanding city beyond, seamlessly blending interior and exterior spaces. Overlapping horizontal rooflines with overhangs that extend into intertwined courtyards expand spatial volumes, while a higher roof 'propped up' with clerestory windows allows more natural light at the core of the building. A layered and textured material palette is combined with clean, modern lines throughout the home to create subtle warmth and movement throughout the expansive spaces. Rear views are maximized by several outdoor living spaces and a curved pool while an island of planting creates privacy between the master suite deck and the rest of the rear yard. #architecture #design #landscape #nature #beverlyhills #california

Overlooking Pasadena and its adjacent mountains from its hillside perch, this 4,200 SF house is made up of several distinct living volumes that are stacked and rotated to create dramatic indoor/outdoor spaces. Outdoor breezeways, porches, courtyards, covered walkways and an immense rooftop deck extend the reaches of the limited floor area to the natural chaparral and views beyond. The house includes guest suites, a home office, gym, and theatre screening room, as well as abundant outdoor spaces, all taking in views of the surrounding hills and valley.
