To My Friends and Customers (that have become friends), As of today, All Dealerships, in NYS, are officially closed indefinitely for Automotive Sales; Northtown included. Northtown's Parts and Service departments will remain open to assist our customers through this confusing, scary, unnerving time. Even though I am laid off, that certainly doesn't mean that I'm abandoning any of you. Technically it actually means that I have more time to answer any questions you may hav...e! I am going to be stir-crazy being home for however long this ends up being. I don't know what the future will hold for the Automotive Industry, and therefore, I don't know what the future will hold for me. I've loved every moment in this business. The friends I've helped and the friends I've made, make this the best venture of my life. I love every one of you. I hope, and I wish, and I pray, that I am called back to resume my position with Northtown Hyundai, working right alongside the greatest Sales team around, but nothing in life is ever 100% guaranteed. I would like to thank Northtown Automotive Companies for how they have handled and are continuing to handle this mess of a situation and how they continue to take care of their employees. I want to also thank every single person that is working an 'essential' job. First Responders, Mechanics, Pharmacists, Nurses, Doctors, Aides, grocery store Cashiers, Stockers, etc. No amount of thank yous will be enough, but accept my sincerest gratitude for keeping us running as a country. Please everyone, be safe, be smart, be kind. Take care of yourself, and do what you can to help those that can't help themselves. We will get through this and will come out stronger than ever. Karen and Howard were awesome to work with! Very friendly, down to Earth people. Karen has called me and text me a few times since driving away. I love that she has the trust in me to be there for her after the sale to answer any and all questions she has! These cars have so much new tech in them, that it's understandable to feel overwhelmed. The Wisemans were referred to me from another great customer of mine.
