Although not easy to do at first, with practice putting aside judgement and sending positive, loving energy will raise your energetic vibration. This creates harmony inside of you. Experiment with sending positive, loving energy to those who seem to be a thorn in your side, and notice how different it feels in your own body.

The stress cycle can start with a bodily reaction, with your thoughts or with emotions that are triggered. When your breathing gets fast and high up in the chest the Amygdala (part of the brain) interprets this change in breathing pattern as if there is something you’ll need to fight or flee from. The most powerful tool we start with is to change the breathing pattern because it instantly changes the message from the body to the mind. https://bit.ly/3nxe4Qm
I paint objects as I think them, not as I see them. Pablo Picasso This quote is very telling, there is no judgement. Painting, for me, is a way to let my mind and thoughts run wild in a safe space. You can even say I'm in a hypnotic state when I paint. What do you enjoy doing as a pastime?
When you have a way change the inner triggers that cause the symptoms of panic, anxiety, fear and worry, the suffering ends.
I love to go hiking and many times I see stacked rocks on the trail, I like to think that this is a sign from the people who when before letting me know that I'm going on the path, one that lead to a destination I hadn't thought about. This can be applied to everyday life. We can draw inspiration and happiness from anything, sometimes we just need a little reminder that we are exactly where we're supposed to be. Happy Tuesday, everyone.
Panic can be horrible and disabling, especially when there seems there is nothing you can do to stop it. There is hope and help available. Below are some tips to get started: 1) The goal is to start by changing the thoughts that are adding to your anxiety.... 2) Use your very creative mind to think about positive possibilities. Write down the thoughts that would be more enhancing to your wellbeing. 3) Replace each scary negative thought with the positive thoughts you created. Although these are slight changes your mind and body will start to notice a difference and soon enough your new positive thoughts will become strong enough to stay away from the negative thoughts. https://bit.ly/2Ldn7Jg
Are you struggling with fear, anxiety or worry? There are easy to use tools that will calm both your mind and body so you can face the day with more ease. Below is a list of some of my clients favorite tools: The wonderful "5, 4, 3, 2, 1 All-Purpose Relaxer" is one of the simplest skills anyone can master. Using it creates a profound sense of total relaxation. And it can also be used - with a few simple changes - to get rid of insomnia. ... The Soothing White Light technique gives you a way to promote healing and calm through visualization - using all the bodies’ senses. The "Touch Anchor" One of the quickest way for gaining a true sense of calm. Once set in - just the touch of two fingers will suffuse the body with the feeling of calm and clarity. As our country is going through chaos right now it's important to have a way to embody stillness so we can take joy in each day. Just thinking about walking the The High Line in NYC pre-COVID brings back memories of joy I felt that day.
Your thoughts create your Present Self; your reality. Knowing how to use the power of your thoughts can transform your wellbeing.
Imagine if you could get free of procrastination. Most of the time the problem isn't doing the work, the problem is starting. The first step: make it so easy that you can't talk yourself out of doing it. Motivation and momentum will increase with each step taken towards the goal. Think about this: If you were able to look into the future and clearly see each small step to accomplishing any task, how much easier would it be to get started? There are simple hypnotic tools that bring the "Present Self" together with the "Future Self" so you can clearly see the steps. I've outlined some steps that I hope will be helpful. https://bit.ly/2JJpkLz

"What thrills me about trains is not their size or their equipment but the fact that they are moving, that they embody a connection between unseen places." - Marianne Wiggins
