++ Temporary Hour Changes++ Beginning Monday 8/3 we will be available in our office from 8:30 am until 2:30 pm. We will remain available remotely via phone and email until 4:30 pm. Please keep im mind if you are coming into the office, masks are required and client space is limited. Appointments are welcome and encouraged to guarantee we are available at your convienience. Quick reminder. We are still available to help with all your insurance needs m-f 9am-5pm. We are working remotely and will continue to provide excellent service to all our customers and potential customers. Someone will be in the office a couple hours each morning to complete tasks that require a physical presence, The doors remain locked during these times. As of 4/17 at 8pm the state of NY also requires a mask be worn when a distance of 6ft is not able to be attained. We will also be adhereing to that while we are in the office and no one will be let in without a face covering. As of 3/19/20 We will be working from home. We are hoping to be back in the office Monday 3/23/20 pending state mandates pertaining to covid-19 health and safety . Rest assured we can still service policies , make payments via credit card or checking account info as well bind new business. Due to the recent Covid-19 situation we are currently open but working with limited staffing. We will be limiting access to the office and not accepting cash payments .
