We are glad announce that we’re partnering with the Lockport YMCA. Together we are promoting two Arthritis based movement programs. All programs include pre/post assessment and are provided FREE of charge by certified instructors. The first program will be offered for 16 weeks late March through mid-July, and the second program is offered for 6 weeks, beginning early May. This is a great opportunity for all.
