Been a long time since we posted heres a condo in MONTAUK ON westlake drive.

Well finally wrapping up a condo in montauk..... Gut 450 square feet of old tile a bathroom and disgusting 1970s kitchen. ..... 8x48 plank porcelain tile Custom all wood painted maple cabinets ... Custom tile shower/bathroom modern is not my thing ) Prime sand and paint old stained doors and windows 24 recessed lights in led Granite top and backsplash.... Beaded Wainscott Glad to be back west for a while ...... Shower doors next week and a custom mirror .... Peace out MONTAUK Kathy Grippo Ron Greco Eric Anderson Rich O'Connell ON TO THE NEXT one .... Starting a new job in Montauk.... 400 series Andersen doors A new garage/shed with a cedar roof and cedar singles . 4 new blue stone stoops/patios and 2500 plus square feet of TIMBERTEC decking. ... Tough to work amd be able to see my boat....but duty calls.... Oh wait shoot tomorrow is opening day for fluke.....oh well ...... I will post at random its a 7 to 9 week job .... Amaganset is a wrap...... Montauk just getting started. Gutt unit....... gross and straight out of the 80's. Beach unit in need of a reno.... Rentals are tough... space is a commodity and storgage is scarce. Remove walls and reframe to create an open space for closets and a place to mount hvac unit ... Lock out closet for owner as well as a closet for renters. Get rid of old paneling. Cover up cement walls. Knock out and relocate vent in a partitiom wall Reframe to hide vent and drain. New kitchenette New bathroom with a niche New wood plank porcelain tiles A make up station to allow bathroom user to shower whilest a hairdryer and make up hog sits in front of a mirror New window sills and casing New doors and casing and base trim. Started on april 5th Finished on may 12th included 2 major changes by customer.(shower design change and a cabinet change).

10 days of construction we are on number 11 Framed Electrical roughed Plumbing roughed Sheet rocked... Mud floors 300 plus sqft And gettin onto trim and doors This unit in,East Hampton will be finished and,ready for the beach goers by May . Will include a kitchen with a granite too and back splash as well See more

Live in East Hampton (town), New York well we work there .....gutting a unit on the beach.... Reframing to make better use of a small space. Framing a pocket door wall Re frame to allow for a lock out closet for the owners of the unit as well... New bathroom New kitchen New tile floor through out the unit. A new split ac/heat unit ...
