Update on transportation assistance to the SUNY Oneonta Vaccination site!

The SUNY Oneonta campus will be a NYS mass vaccination site. The link to sign up for appointments for the first clinic should be open by tomorrow afternoon. The Festival of Lights in Neawha Park, sponsored by First Night Oneonta, starts TODAY December 18th and runs through January 3. Stop down to see all the wonderful lights, including The Arc Otsego display. Our Arc Village display was setup by Arc Otsego employees, and all of the wooden people, trees, and gingerbread house were created by individuals we serve. Happy Holidays! PLEASE NOTE: Much of our display, as well as many others, remains buried under the snow - we are unable to dig it out, so if you drive through tonight, give it another go around next week when the snow has settled!

The Arc Otsego is THRILLED to be a part of this free, COVID-safe, community event. See our display by Damasche field, complete with hand drawn and painted trees, carolers, a gingerbread house and of course, Santa and Mrs Claus - all of these pieces of art were completed by individuals we serve, and we are so excited to be able to incorporate them into our holiday lights display! If you make it down to the park to take in the lights, let us know what you think!

We’d also like to give And a HUGE THANK YOU to The Home Depot Oneonta store for donating some spotlights and power cords to make our display possible! We live in a wonderful community Check out the Festival of Lights in the park, hosted by First Night Oneonta, starting December 18th at dusk!

This morning a team of Arc Otsego employees worked fast and efficiently to pack food bags for 100 families! A big thank you to United Way of Delaware & Otsego Counties for the food and Hannaford Supermarkets for the donation of bags so we could pack it all up and ready to go.
