As I was praying in the sanctuary this morning, I was struck at how beautifully the morning sun lit up our place of communal worship. I also noted that today the temperature will rise from 12 degrees to nearly 50 degrees. And, then I reflected on both thoughts: 1) how very beautiful things can be, and 2) if circumstances are uncomfortable in the moment, how very quickly they can improve. May you find blessing in this day. May you be the blessing in someone else's day. Amen.
