Congratulations to my law partner Lauren Arnel, Esq. for her successful representation of a U.S. Army officer who was paying excessive child support when the child was enrolled by the mother in a long term residential facility that provided all of the child's needs with no cost to the mother. Lauren was able to get the child support order terminated retroactive to the date she filed the petition and also got an order that no arrears are owed.
