Meet AMDA Mini Company member Yaeli... I'm thankful for dance because it makes me happy, and it help's me get stronger. The teachers are very kind, and I love to see my friends every time I come to dance.

Meet AMDA Sr. Company member Michaela... I am grateful for dance because it has brought me so much joy and happiness in my life. Dance taught me that you can achieve whatever you want if you set your mind to it! I’ve always had a dream of going to college one day for dance and with working really hard and being in an amazing environment of supporting and uplifting people I achieved that dream. I can wait to see where dance brings me next .

Meet AMDA Dance Company Staff member Ashley... I am thankful for dance because it has continued to save my life over and over again. It is my hearts language -- it has allowed me to communicate, to grieve, to explore, to innovate, and to love. I have had the opportunity to be surrounded by a variety of different dance communities and each of them have given me a lifetime of friendships and mentorships. In addition to these things, I am extremely grateful for all of my dance students -- I learn from them just as much as they learn from me. They continuously bring me light and inspire me to be a better person.
