A message to our patients: We at AHA are continuing to be as proactive as possible during this time. To help ensure the safety of our Staff and Patients, many who have suppressed immune systems, we are doing the following, effective immediately: - We will be conducting a first line triage to all people coming into the building... - We will be limiting the number of people accompanying our patients. We prefer that if you are not a patient that you remain outside the building - We ask that NO children be allowed to accompany our patients when they come for a visit - We will not be allowing anyone else beside the patient back to the treatment areas As always, if you are sick with a fever or cough, or have been around anyone diagnosed with COVID19, please do not come into the office. We ask for your cooperation and understanding as we all navigate through this unsettling time.

Patient Portal 2.7.1 Release Update

Portal 12-28-2018 As a part of the new 2.7 website version, when existing patient portal user’s login to Patient Portal they will be prompted to verify and update their login credentials. The account verification process was established to enhance security and ease of FUTURE password reset workflows. ... To easily assist patients that have forgotten their password we recommend that your staff advise the patient to click the forgot username option on the home screen of nextmd.com and then generate a forgot password token for the patient (see steps below): 1. Advise patient to select forgot username on nextmd.com, enter their email address, and wait for the email that will include the username a. Note: The forgot password link, included in the email below will not work for patients that have not verified their account, so the staff should proceed with generating a reset token (see next step) 2. >From the Patients Enrollment Management screen in EHR or EPM, click Reset Password 3. Provide the patient with the password reset token number 4. Click OK on popup 5. Click OK on Enrollment Management Screen a. Patient will receive an email with the password reset link to reset their password and security questions. i. Please note: the patient must wait until they receive this email before their reset password token will work 6. The patient will click the forgot password link in the email they will receive 7. The patient will enter the token and username
