ArtRage Gallery was among the dozens of local organizations and thousands of community members that have asked for the Columbus statue to be removed. The removal of this statue is a great step forward for our city. Walsh's plan to transform the site in order to "highlight the contributions of groups that have been oppressed, including Black and Brown Americans, Native Americans, Italians, immigrants and New Americans" is a worthy use of public art in our city. #IndigenousPeoplesDay
There is still time to see Richard Zakin's ceramics at ArtRage Gallery this afternoon. Call us 315-218-5711 or reserve a time here: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/richard-zakin-ceramics-auction
