Today 3/17/2021 marks the 1 year anniversary that the hot room went cold As we spoke to other studio owners on 3/16/2020 we had no idea what to do? Are we considered a gym? Is this even happening? Then instead of taking Rachel’s pilates class I started to plan we would just go online immediately and the teachers were fearlessly ready to go. On 3/17 we had a full online schedule and for the next couple of months we didn’t sit and wait we simply thrived, we laughed, we lear...ned a little technology and of course we cried. Listen we just kept moving, keeping ASH together. Not everyone made it back just yet, but we hope you all come back soon, because we are proof that nothing can shake our foundation. Not only will we continue to build but ASH it’s already bigger and better. We now have small group classes, coaching, eating plans, meditations, not heated classes and so much more!!! There is something for everyone.
