Please help us maintain health & safety standards by following these guidelines during your next appointment: We are implementing a single patient per appointment policy. We ask that only the patient being treated to come for their appointment. Please limit the items you bring into the office with you for your next appointment to the essentials. Minors or those needing extra assistance may be accompanied by one adult. Please let us know if you have questions about our new policies!

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, we've made several changes to our practice and procedures. However, our commitment to your health & safety remains. Our staff is continuing to follow enhanced PPE guidelines, including the use of face shields, masks, surgical gowns, and gloves. In our treatment areas, you will find the addition of HEPA filtration units with UV sanitation to promote clean air circulating within the office, and our equipment covered in protective barriers. We have also added intraoral and extraoral suction devices to reduce aerosol spread. When checking out, we have added acrylic barriers to separate you and our front office staff.

For your health & safety, we are implementing pre-appointment patient screenings. 48 hours prior to your next appointment, watch for a prescreening message. We ask that you complete the form prior to your visit. We have also implemented new screening protocol when you arrive for your appointment. Expect to fill out a health questionnaire, participate in a temperature check and hand hygiene protocol.
