My thoughts and prayers also go out to the mother that lost her child at Tim Hortons today. I can only imagine how she is feeling right now. I have not heard th...at she will be charged criminally however, as I believe it takes a village, I am volunteering to assist her pro bono. If you know her please let her know.

Yesterday, I got a call for a case on for trial this afternoon. I told him while I could represent him, we would likely need to adjourn to allow adequate time for me to prepare. However, upon review of the paperwork, I believed the charges were defective and moved for dismissal. After the charges were dismissed, he told me two other attorneys handled his case prior to me. He had been coming to Court for months, he didn't understand why I was the first one to notice. I almost forgot how much I enjoy this. *Attorney advertising.
