Does the height of your box jump even matter?
Why are meal plans overrated? 1) They are very tough to follow: busy, not prepared, not in the mood, etc... 2) They are meant to be temporary: metabolism, goals, and behaviors are constantly changing. 3) They are often unenjoyable and create a negative connotation with food, and continues the never-ending cycle of not being able to stay on top of our nutrition... ... So what to do? Understand what your goals are and make a template that you can pick and choose from in a way that matches your behaviors, likes/dislikes, and routines.

Leucine, a primary substance found in BCAA's has shown an immense contribution to protein muscle synthesis. However, it needs a lot of help from other amino acids, vitamins, and minerals. Shift your focus and priorities to whole foods and a wide array of good protein sources.

Let's try and keep it simple folks.
When actively hanging from a bar, almost every muscle in the upper body is activated. This is a great way to get the body going before, during, or after a workout.
Our body adapts to the stimuli that we expose it to. If you participate in a power-based sport, the immediate energy system (phosphagen system) is of utmost importance. However, all energy systems interact with one another and all contribute to some degree. That being said- power-based athletes should put their emphasis on the phosphagen system, but still, expose themselves to the adaptations that occur in the glycolytic (intermediate), and aerobic (long duration) systems.
