5 star review from Francisco Rivera: Flagpole and accessories I’ve been wanting a flagpole in our front yard for quite some time after I retired from the government. It took me about a year to decide what type of flagpole to get, since there are so many different types. Finally, this year I decided to go with the Atlantic Flagpole because I like the dark bronze look. All my neighbors have the silver ones with the lanyard. The hardest part of installing the flagp...ole is digging the hole (the ground is solid caliche) as per the directions and mixing the cement to fill the hole due to my physical condition. But I manage from beginning to end to accomplish the task. Because of COVID-19, it’s been a long process to get the flagpole and parts. I finally got the eagle topper to complete the setup. Aside from all this, the flagpole and accessories are magnificent and awesome. It is a professional quality-built product and it’s looks stand out prominently in the neighborhood. I am well pleased of the quality and efforts put into the build of the flagpole and its accessories. Bethany has been very helpful thru out the waiting process. 5 star review from Randy Good: Okay for the most part The pole (25') itself seems to be working out alright. Instructions for setting the base were clear and easy to follow. The problems we experienced were with the Trump 2020 flag that is fraying after only a month or so. The solar light does not come on until well after dark and the batteries do not hold much of a charge. There were no instructions on placing the eagle topper on the top of the flag pole which resulted in raising and lowering the pole numerous times to get the eagle to face forward when the pole is fully extended. Unless the included lock nut is tightened down (which the Atlantic flagpole video says to discard), the eagle spins in the wind. https://atlanticflagpole.com/products/eagle-flag
