I actually brought my Tesla here because Tesla was impossible to get on the phone or schedule via internet. Car was ready on time, fully cleaned and was perfect. Jean Cormier my salesperson was helpful, not overbearing at all, and really quite pleasant. He did a great job. Ken Melendez the finance guy worked hard to get me the best rate he could, and went above and beyond, giving a few "extras" that show he really cares. I love the car, and the experience was really not bad. I will definitely go back!
