Our #WCW is Dr. Leticia Kawano-Dourado, MD. She does research at Hospital do Coracao, #IPHCOR, and at the University of Sao Paulo. Her research focuses are non-invasive ventilation - #RENOVATE trial and interstitial lung diseases (RAILD & HP). Dr. Kawano-Dourado is a #WomenInMedicine advocate and has recorded snippets during ATS, soon to be released (stay tuned!). She is a regular meditator, swimmer, and mom-of-two. #WomenInMedicine #WomenCrushWednesday
