We need to clean the freezers out to make room for a few steers we are sending next month. Ground beef($3lb), kabosia, slim Jim's, strip steaks($4.33lb), and tenderloins($7lb) come pick up 20+lbs and save 25cents a lb until New Years. All our beef & pigs are certified organic through NOFA, we utilize Millers Meat Market in Lowville for those that buy by the quarter or half. They are very reasonable and do a fantastic job, we offer a satisfactiongaruntee. When we use them the animal is Certified Organic until point of butcher. We utilize NY Custom Processing in Utica for our USDA Inspected & Certified Organic meat that we sell as retail cuts, our retail cuts cost more because the processing costs more. We fell Millers allows our customers to get quality local raised non antibiotics or hormone free meat at the best price. We are sending several steers in MID December after millers slows down with deer. Pigs are going after new years, but we have two that will be r...eady in DEC. So those that mentioned they wanted a quarter or half, make sure you have your $175.00 deposits here by the first of December. Anyone that bought a 1/4 or 1/2 of beef this past year can order half a pig at $3lb hanging weight plus processing. The steer we processed this past month hung at 812lbs and all 3 customers raved about the Quality & Flavor. No antibiotics or hormones, raised on pasture with light finishing on organic grain.

Beef sold by the cuts will be available starting April 2016. All packages will be stamped USDA Certified Organic & Inspected, Meat Cut, Aubertine Farms. All steers will be processed by NY Custom Processing which has been certified to provide organic butchering services. Price sheet will be posted soon along with our planned Farmer's Market attendance schedule for the summer season. Meat will be available for pick up here at the farm If unable to attend the markets.
