Meet our Director of Milling: Chad Winther Our very own Georgia peach! Chad is a very vital part of our operations and his talents are what make our products stand out amongst the rest.

Meet our Director of Cad Cam & Implantology: Milos Markovic Originally from Serbia where he started his education in the dental industry. Milos then continued with this at the New York City College of Technology, where he graduated at the top of his class. Technology comes easy but he s also musically inclined. Not many can say they produce RP Models and DJ!

Meet our Head of Customer Relations: Carl Smith Comes to us all the way from Colorado and has worked in Costa Rica, alongside Shaun, where he became bilingual in Spanish and English. He has been in the industry for 16 years and is excited to continue his experience with Aurora.

Meet our Head of Crown & Bridge: Kelli Trainor Comes to us from Pittsburg and brought 25 years of experience with her. Kelli has traveled the world but we are glad she chose Aurora as her home.

Meet our VP of Operations: Shaun McCourt A Wisconsin native but has lived and worked in Vietnam, Colorado, New York and Costa Rica. He grew up in a lab with his mother as a technician and has spent the last 25 years growing within the dental industry.

Meet our Head of Shipping & Receiving: Paulina Nieto Being bilingual in Spanish and English helped Paulina communicate and connect with people from all over. She is always ready to help those who call and get your shipments out on time!

Meet our Executive Assistant: Ashley Sgaramella Ashley has gained a lot of her knowledge through her experience in forensic science. Not only has she been in the dental industry for the past ten years, but eight of those have been with Enrico.
